Acura/Honda K20

New option for the K20 street/roadrace manifold, INTERNAL AIRHORNS to extend the (runner length/tuned length) for more midrange torque.

Shown here before the plenum is welded on. Available only in a new manifold.

This is a $200.oo dollar option, and can not be added to old manifolds already welded together

For the K20.

This manifold is NOT designed as a bolt on for stock unmodified engines, it’s best used with cams/ higher compressions / larger displacements than stock.  

For  fast street and road race with the center downward facing throttle position for better flow to all the cylinders.

Redesigned base manifold with better ports, sized for the K20/K24 engine,it uses the stock type fuelrail with stock type fuel injectors, offset base manifold to fit with power steering pump.

Options: plenum size from 2.5 liter to 3.5 liters,throttle flange bore sizes from 70m/m to 90m/m for the popular ford 5 liter throttles, also an option for stock RSX throttle bolt pattern with a provision for idle air control, Max size with RSX throttle is 74m/m.

2 vacuum take offs with space for 2 more, amounting pad for the stock Honda MAP sensor not shown here, for use with the ford throttle.

This intake manifold will also work great with turbos and Prochargers,Rotrex’s etc.

Can be had with any or all 3 injector positons, stock in base manifold, or as shown on top of throttle and on bottom of throttle, extra costs would apply for additional injector postions and fuelrails/mounts.

Made to fit Bosch injectors.

Comes with TPS and wiring clip.

Do not expect this system to fit underhood, it is a straight line of site down the intake port.

This long port ITB system is available for the K and F Honda Acura engines,

System Features
This intake system is for the K and F engines not revving over approx 9000 rpm,it makes huge torque,

With the longer tuned length does not apply to really high revs, tuned length is 12″ from head flange to top of airhorn

Does have two injector positions options available, only stock position is shown here, the other position is outboard on intake runner, the same as on the dragrace plenum intake manifold.

Manifold comes with -10 fuelrail and -10 fittings.

Made to fit Bosch injectors.

CUSTOM CROSSRAM CHEV with 50m/m diameter shorty throttles

These Bare crossram manifolds are really cheap on the internet, and for good reason, they need allot of work to make them usable, welding to get the ports where they are suppost to be and to seal, and the bolt holes that are all out of wack. Cost for this system with all the welding and work to correct, plus options on throttle sizes can be up to $4000.oo $

The holes in the manifold runners are for a vacuum tree, yet to be installed.

Turbo Honda B Engine Intake manifolds: Specifically for TURBO  or Boosted applications.

GSR and Standard B intake manifolds, Large 60 m/m taper ports , with dual injectors available top and bottom of runners, uses stock type B fuelrails.

Internal airhorns 60 m/m Dia x 75 m/m tall are only available with (6 liter) center feed plenum to the left of base manifolds, for a longer tuned length if needed. Will not fit with the smaller plenums

(2) throttle flanges for 70 m/m and up and 90 m/m straight bore.

Flat face plenum (4.5 liter) for Dual Ford type throttles or Turbo Feed plenum (1.7 liter) to the far left, this plenum can be used to feed from the left or right, or from the top or bottom by flipping the flat face plenum.

Not shown is the (3.5 liter) center feed plenum which is standard on the Honda K dragrace intakes.

Honda S2000

Turbo’d S2000 ITB with revised vacuum tree plumbing,

The only true ITB system with all the correct features for the S2000, there are copies that try to work as good as this system, but be warned they are copies !
